From August 18 to 23, a vibrant training course for youth workers from Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and Bulgaria happened.
It was organized by a Latvian organization “Baltijas Reģionālais fonds” as part of the Erasmus+ project “FUTURLANDS – Future Thinking in Present Action.” The focus was on future thinking, equipping youth workers with tools to help young people prepare for and shape their futures.
During the training, participants explored new concepts about future thinking, tested project materials Toolbox – “FuTuRe craft”PlayBook – “Future thinkers today’s doers: A PlayBook for Curious Minds” Game – “Steps from the Future” and shared valuable feedback.
The week was filled with engaging discussions, games, and hands-on exercises. We are excited to refine these tools and share them widely soon.
