Marija – Inclusive outdoors #1

This year I spent 10 days in an “Inclusive Outdoor” training course in England. I learned a lot about team building games, deepened my knowledge about how to work with a team and we had a lot of practical tasks. I also faced some difficulties, because it was raining all the time, we did not have any warm water and I had to speak in English all the time. I am very happy that I got out of my comfort zone. The experience I got, I used in a camp called “Atgaja”. I’ve worked with 92 kids in 10 days and noticed that they overcome challenges quicker and in a very original way than compared to project participants in England. While working with kids, it is important to know a lot of games, so after this training course I felt ready for working in a camp.
