Reflection Cards "Art of Development"
The creation process of our reflection cards kicked off with participants expressing their thoughts and feelings through individual paintings in Georgia. This unique initiative brought together participants from both the 2022 and 2023 editions.
Each unique piece was collected and, with the help of AI, blended into a final version—acollaborative artwork that captured everyone’s reflections. It was a simple yet powerful way to show how our individual perspectives can come together to create something meaningful. Responding to the nowadays trends, we also involved artificial inteligence in order to boost the process.
How to make a workshop
This video breaks down the ‘Team-Building and Communication’ workshop, providing clear instructions and tips on how to implement it yourself. Follow along with the step-by-step guide, inspired by the successful implementation in Georgian schools in October 2023. Let’s make youth development practical and impactful together.
Visiting local schools
On October 30, 2023, we visited Tsilkani and Misaktsieli high schools in Georgia, bringing four different workshops to life. Each group implemented a unique workshop, ranging from exploring emotions through ‘Live Sculptures’ to a hands-on ‘Paint Your Emotions’ session. One of these workshops was turned into a step-by-step video guide, making it easy for others to recreate a similar experience elsewhere. It was a day filled with creativity, collaboration, and memorable learning moments for everyone involved.
More about the project #artofdev
The ‘Art of Development’ is an engaging training course designed for youth educators, bringing together the transformative elements of body movement and coaching tools. This program focuses on the dual aspects of personal growth and practical skill development, providing educators with a toolkit for their work with youth.
In this course, educators not only explore the synergy of body movement and coaching but also engage in a hands-on practical component. This unique feature allows participants to gain real-world experience in schools, applying the acquired knowledge and creating their own effective methods for engaging with and supporting youth.
It is an annual training course that started in Lithuania in 2022 and continued in Georgia in 2023. To be continued in the following years.
