The cover of the “Forest Echoes” cards embodies the essence of nature’s wisdom and tranquility. It invites you to connect with the deep, intuitive parts of yourself, symbolized by the serene forests and mythical creatures of Baltic mythology.
These cards are designed to help you explore and recognize the needs that arise in various life situations, allowing you to understand and express your needs authentically. The dual visibility of the need names on each card ensures that the text is readable from both sides.
By reflecting on personal stories using the “Forest Echoes” cards, you can gain insight into your own needs and emotions, supported by the positive energy of the community and the wisdom of nature.
The meaning
The idea for the “Forest Echoes” cards was conceived during the ESpert training course for youth workers in Lithuania.
During a session on non-violent communication, a simpler version of the cards was initially introduced.
This foundational experience inspired the development of the more refined “Forest Echoes” cards after the course concluded. Creation of the “Forest Echoes” was initiated by the leader of “Misko istorijos” (NGO) Vytautas Šliuburys.
The cards were developed using Al tools to generate the images based on prompts designed after the course. The process involved selecting appropriate images and editing the outputs to align with the desired outcome.
